The apps
- BeGood is for customers: find food near you, follow places you like, and share promo codes with friends.
- Sprout is for food and beverage businesses: your menu, stores, posts and promotions. Our team checks each new business before customers see it.
- Leaf runs on a business's counter iPad or iPhone, for taking promo codes and showing customers a code to scan.
Signing in
BeGood and Sprout use Sign in with Apple. To stop using Sign in with Apple with one of our apps, go to your iPhone's Settings › [your name] › Sign in with Apple; this schedules that app's account for deletion, as described below.
Notifications
In BeGood, choose which notifications you get under Settings › Notifications. To turn all of them off, use your iPhone's Settings › Notifications.
Leaf counter devices
- Pair a device: in Sprout, open Stores, tap More (…), then Counter Devices › Add Counter Device. Type or scan the code it shows in Leaf.
- Leave Customer Scan: press and hold anywhere on the screen for 3 seconds.
- Lost or replaced a device: revoke it in Sprout under Counter Devices. It stops working right away.
Deleting your account
Delete your account in the app: Settings in BeGood, or the Account tab in Sprout. Each app's account is separate, so deleting your BeGood account leaves your Sprout account, and the other way around.
- You're signed out on every device right away, and we email you the date your data will be deleted.
- Changed your mind? Sign in to that app again within 30 days to cancel.
- After 30 days, that app's data is deleted. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is deleted and what is kept.
Can't open the app? Email privacy@busyeats.io from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
